Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Italian Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005, Articles 52-59), consumers who purchase products or services through distance contracts have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. No reason is required.

This right applies to all purchases made on RodesTrade by consumers (individuals acting outside of their trade, business, craft, or profession).


2. Digital Content Exception (Article 16(m))

Applies to: The Course (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium).

In accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive and Article 59 of the Codice del Consumo, the right of withdrawal is waived when the consumer:

This consent is collected at checkout via the terms acceptance checkbox. Once you have given consent and accessed the digital content, the withdrawal right is waived and no refund will be issued.

If you do not give this consent at checkout, you retain your full 14-day withdrawal right.


3. Subscription Services (Discord Community)

The 14-day withdrawal period runs from the date of contract conclusion (the date you subscribe).


4. How to Request a Withdrawal

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

No additional fees will be charged as a result of the refund.


6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider without first contacting RodesTrade directly at rodeschallenge@gmail.com constitutes a violation of our Terms of Use.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated without prior contact, RodesTrade reserves the right to immediately terminate access to all products and services.
