For digital content (the course): Because this is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you may waive your right of withdrawal by giving explicit prior consent to begin accessing the content immediately and acknowledging that you thereby lose your 14-day withdrawal right. This consent is collected at the point of purchase. If you do not give this consent, you retain the full 14-day withdrawal right.
For subscription services (Discord community): The 14-day withdrawal period runs from the date of contract conclusion. If you request that the service begins immediately, and you subsequently withdraw within 14 days, you will be refunded the proportional amount for the unused portion of the period.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting RodesTrade directly constitutes a violation of these Terms. RodesTrade reserves the right to immediately terminate access to all products and services in the event of a chargeback or payment dispute.
The Discord community membership is a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
How to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal date. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date.
RodesTrade may express or utilize testimonials or descriptions of past performance, but such items are not indicative of future results or performance, or any representation, warranty or guarantee that any result will be obtained by you. These results and performances should not be considered typical. Most people who use our products and services may not achieve the same results. A payment plan for RodesTrade's user license is a legally enforceable contract that obligates you to make your pre-determined payments on time until the full amount is paid. If you default on your payment plan, you are subject to having your user license revoked, and you will still be held legally responsible for the outstanding amount you owe on your payment plan.
